Charity Tandem Skydive in aid of The Trussell Trust

Every day people in the UK go hungry for reasons ranging from redundancy to receiving an unexpected bill on a low income.

The Trussell Trust’s network of over 420 foodbanks provide three days’ emergency food and support to people experiencing crisis in the UK. Everyone who comes to a Trussell Trust foodbank is referred by a frontline professional such as a health visitor or schools liaison officer.

In 2014-15, 1,084,604 people were provided with three days’ emergency food, and over 90% of foodbanks currently provide additional services alongside food to help people out of crisis long term.
