Charity Tandem Skydive in aid of CADASIL Support UK
CADASIL Support UK is a registered charity which are hoping to raise awareness of the disease and also be a support group for people with the disease or their family members.
CADASIL is an abbreviation for a long name describing a rare hereditary form of stroke. (Cerebral Autosomal Dominant Arteriopathy with Subcortical Infarcts and Leukkoencephalopaty).
There is no cure. The CADASIL tag line is #DefyTheOdds because it's easy to let the disease take over your life, but it's much better to continue living than waiting for something to happen.
